Payment Policy
This Payment Policy explains how payments, billing and refunds work across iiniit's products and our central payment gateway.
Last updated: July 2026
01How this policy fits together
This is iiniit's central Payment Policy. It applies to every iiniit product that takes payment. An individual product may set its own pricing, plans and refund terms, but those operate alongside this central policy, which always applies and governs wherever the two overlap.
02Our payment system
iiniit runs its own payment gateway. Rather than each product wiring up payments separately, every iiniit product processes payments through this single gateway, so checkout behaves consistently wherever you are.
Our gateway connects to established payment providers — such as Stripe and SSLCommerz — to actually move funds. The methods available may depend on your product, country and currency.
03How a payment is processed
When you pay, your payment details are passed securely to the relevant provider through our gateway. The provider authorises and settles the transaction and tells us the result, so we can activate your purchase.
You may need a signed-in iiniit account to make or manage a payment, so it can be linked to the right products and records.
04Pricing, currencies and taxes
Prices are shown before you confirm a payment. Depending on your location and the product, prices may be in different currencies and may include or exclude applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout where required.
05Subscriptions and recurring payments
Some products are billed on a recurring basis. If you start a subscription, you authorise us — through our gateway and its providers — to charge the agreed amount each billing period until you cancel.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
06Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the product and its applicable terms. Where a refund is due, we process it back to your original payment method through the same provider that handled the payment.
Refund timing depends on the provider and your bank, and can take several business days to appear.
07Failed payments, disputes and chargebacks
If a payment fails, we may retry it or pause access to the paid features until payment succeeds, so please keep your payment details up to date.
If you think a charge is wrong, contact us first — this is usually faster than a bank dispute. We take fraud and unauthorised charges seriously and will investigate.
08Payment security
Sensitive payment data, such as full card numbers, is handled by our payment providers under their own security standards; we don't store full card details on our systems. Payments are tied to your central iiniit account to help keep them secure.
09Changes to this policy
We may update this Payment Policy as our products and payment options evolve. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above.
